Season 4

The wedding ceremony finally begins, but before Calvin and Miranda can get to their vows, CJ interrupts with a plan of his own.

It's the wedding day! Calvin writes his wedding vows only to pass out each time he says or hears the word "forever."

Lots of marital advice is given to Miranda and Calvin by women and men respectively. The rehearsal dinner takes place at the Payne household but someone faints and has to miss it and a few crashers come.

Calvin's male friends and family plan a bachelor party but Ella and Miranda give Curtis and Calvin strict marching orders - no strippers.

When things start to go awry with Calvin and Miranda's wedding plans, Calvin gets cold feet. Meanwhile we see that Curtis has gained weight since his last tuxedo fitting.

Ella goes with Miranda to the mall to complete her wedding registry, but things get out of hand when Ella takes over.

Grandpa Kelly comes to town and upon meeting Miranda, realizes he knew her in a past life. Meanwhile, the barbers befriend a homeless man who is searching for his son.

Curtis keeps Jazmine's slumber party under control despite the kids wanting to act up. C.J. and a pregnant Janine are caught in the middle of a holdup when they stop by the barbershop.

Jazmine scores unexpectedly well on an aptitude test and is recommended for an gifted school. C.J. delays telling Tanya that Janine has moved back in and that he is the father of Janine's unborn baby.

After two attempts at proposing, Calvin decides to keep it simple and propose at home. But it gets complicated when Jazmine loses the ring while playing with it. Meanwhile, Janine moves back in, with a new found discovery.

Calvin makes plans at a fancy restaurant to propose to Miranda but starts to question if he'll be rich enough to support her

Calvin is ready to propose and buys a ring for Miranda that is more than he can afford.

Miranda brings her parents Jeffrey and Sandra to meet the Paynes. Curtis belittles Calvin in front of them but the stress leads to a emergency trip to the hospital when Curtis suffers a heart attack.

After a successful bake sale, Claretha convinces Ella to start her own business, and pretty soon, things get out of hand. Meanwhile, Malik enters a talent show to impress a girl.

Malik and his friend Kevin consider skipping school with two girls. Meanwhile, Calvin's pal Peanut comes up with a nutty plan to impress his new girlfriend: He claims to own the barbershop and poses as a member of the Payne family.

Helping distribute food to homeless people at the firehouse shows the children how well off they are.

Calvin plans a surprise party when he learns his friend is coming home from Iraq. Meanwhile, Malik has to write a school paper about his role model, and Curtis and CJ try to bribe him into choosing one of them.

Ella is going through menopause and the entire household is suffering with her

It's Malik's birthday and he's being a brat about the kind of party and gifts he wants. Meanwhile, a financial situation at the barbershop could mean the end of Calvin's job, but Miranda saves the day.

Ella makes the family give up the use of all electronic devices; CJ learns a surprising secret; a Hollywood actor does research at the barbershop for his next movie.

Jazmine participates in a spelling bee

Malik reluctantly goes on his first camping trip. Jazmine is upset she's not allowed to go, but lightens up when she finds out she'll get to have a girls night in

A woman CJ saved during a fire insists on paying him back. Jazmine starts using bad language at home and school.

Curtis, Ella and Claretha host a mixer for their college reunion. CJ tries to baby-sit Malik and Jazmine alone with disastrous results

Calvin babysits his girlfriend's six year old nephew only to learn he makes Dennis the Menace seem like a saint. Also Claretha's car is stolen and Ella helps her search for it.
