Michael goes all-in on comfort food as he makes some of his mother's classic dishes. Liz joins in with an inspired "Ouzo-tini" cocktail that complements the Greek dishes.

Leaning on his Greek roots, Michael Symon is putting his spin on some classic grilled foods, skewered Chicken and Pork Souvlaki. With some help from Liz, Michael also makes some Tzatziki Sauce for the souvlaki and homemade Pita Bread. Souvlaki, Tzatziki, and Pita, it doesn't get any more classic than this.
