Mackenzie gets a dream proposal. Jenelle moves to Vegas; but will Kaiser get a visit with Nathan? Ashley starts her hot girl summer; a visit from Bar leads to his arrest. Cate copes with not visiting Carly.

Ashley files for joint custody of Holly, Leah lets her father see her daughters, and Briana is shocked for Nova as Devoin moves out of state. Meanwhile, Cheyenne's dad asks Zach to take over the family business, and Gary draws boundaries.

Amber reveals her engagement to Leah; Maci has a family BBQ to celebrate Ryan's one year of sobriety and their new family dynamic; Mackenzie continues her IVF journey and prepares for egg retrieval; Jade's mom is released from jail but soon relapses.

Briana arranges a family photograph, forcing Roxanne and Brittany to meet face-to-face. Maci and Cate visit Amber in Indiana to discuss Leah's desire to be adopted by Kristina, but a stunning proposal forces a change of plans.

Cheyenne visits Taylor in Seattle with the kids just as Cory leaves to compete in The Challenge. Brianna's mother comes home after undergoing treatment. Leah tries to coax her daughter Ali to use a wheelchair.

Leah discusses sex education with her girls. Maci meets Ryan's girlfriend. Tyler takes Nova to a daddy-daughter dance. Mackenzie fears IVF will affect her mental health. Briana discovers Roxanne has been lying about her progress.

Catelynn and Tyler test Vaeda for an Individualized Education Program. Khesanio's mom meets Mackenzie's kids. Jade finds a private school for Kloie while Briana seeks help through Al-anon. In Las Vegas, Jenelle strikes a deal with a cannabis company.
