The family goes on a trip to the Jersey Shore to visit their previous home, possibly for the last time. Joe talks to a friend who has been to a prison. The Giudice family celebrates Independence Day with the Gorgas.

The family celebrates its important events for the first time without Teresa. Joe and the girls get help and support from their relatives, including Melissa Gorga and Rosie Pierri. Teresa calls her family and sends daily e-mails.

Dina gathers everyone for some spiritual guidance, but Teresa gets more than she bargained for when her legal issues are called into question. Plus, Jim's ex-wife asks Amber to babysit her pet pig. Milania misbehaves and lets her parents know who's boss.

Tempers are still fiery as the First Responder's party comes to a dramatic conclusion. Amber's husband Jim goes on the offensive with Teresa A, while Nicole demands loyalty from her boyfriend Bobby. Dina tries to warm up to a new man in her life, but her feelings towards her ex still flicker within. Nicole and her firefighter boyfriend, Bobby, decide to throw a "First Responders" themed costume party together. The party kicks off hot and heavy as Dina finds a hunky young man she may be interested in. But soon enough, the "First Responders Party" turns into a five-alarm fire when Nicole confronts Amber about the rumor she's been spreading

Meanwhile, Teresa focuses on her dessert line, Fabilicious, and invites friends and family over to try out her new recipes.
