Foods included are a "Tri-Tip Beef Sandwich" in Portland's Rose Festival; "Maple Bacon Funnel Cake" at Louisiana's Pirate Contraband Days; "Philly Cheesesteak Fries" at Virginia's Viva Vienna Festival; Chimichurri Steak Tacos at the Illinois State Fair; a "Giant Texas Tenderloin Sandwich" at Oklahoma's 89'er Days; a "Hot Beef Sundae" at Canada's Calgary Stampede; and "Chicken Wing Ice Cream" at Florida's Miami-Dade County Fair.
