Transform! Sea Hero, Irukaman

The Rising Volt Tacklers visit Paldea beaches. Hogator gets washed away but is saved by Irukaman, the Ocean Hero. Someone tries to capture Irukaman's transformation to Hero Form, which has never been seen before.
